Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 20, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 88, THE GLEN AT RIVER RIDGE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 8 THROUGH 10 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 10312 MAVERICK STREET, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34654; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on July 18, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
