NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2014, entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-000555-CAAX-ES, Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FF2 is the Plaintiff, and LONNIE L. MADDEN, II, JOANN T. MADDEN, RICHARD B. TROTTI, CHERYL A. TROTTI and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. are the Defendants, I, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of July, 2014, the following described Real Property, as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure as follows:

LESS the Eastern 25.0 feet thereof for roadway purposes.

Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
