NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-008141-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Martyn R. Gyngard a/k/a Martyn Gyngard are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on July 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, TOGETHER WITH LOT 7, LESS THE SOUTH 40 FEET THEREOF, OAK PARK SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR UTILITIES OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 15 FEET THEREOF.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
