ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-51 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-51 is the Plaintiff, and CEDRIC LAMONT HOWARD, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 6, BLOCK C LAKE PEARL ESTATES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of October, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
