NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-004425-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8, is Plaintiff and Dennis D. Lee, The Avalon at Clearwater Condominium Association, Inc. and Unknown Spouse of Dennis D. Lee, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 14th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 403, The Avalon at Clearwater, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 14267, Page 2605, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1240 S. Missouri Ave. Apt. 403, Clearwater, FL 33756.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
