NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2013, and to an order rescheduling foreclosure sale, dated May 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-008845 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKER'S TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE AND CUSTODIAN FOR IXIS 2005-HE4, is Plaintiff and Kurt Dombroski, Laura Dombroski, Kenneth C. Burger, and Catherine D. Ezell-Burger, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, SOUTHERN RIDGE SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 122 Pages 5 and 6 Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1895 WISCONSIN AVE PALM HARBOR, FL 34683
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
