Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause on May 29, 2014, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the clerk of this court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 202, Week 51, CAMARON COVE RESORT CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5430, Page 1801, and as Amended thereto, according to the Condominium Plat Book 65, Page 52, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements as described in said Declaration, appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with and subject, however, to all of the provisions of the said Declaration of Condominium of CAMARON COVE RESORT.
at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Wednesday, August 20, 2014, at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
