NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 4, 2014 and entered in Case No. 52-2007-CA-009284 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-AB1 is the Plaintiff and M. BROOKS, TRUSTEE OF TRUST #6822301 EARNELL SAMUEL A/K/A EARNELL A. SAMUEL, JR.; PETER FORTUNATO, TRUSTEE OF THE FORTUNATO FAMILY TRUST; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE FORTUNATO FAMILY TRUST; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CITY OF ST.
