Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2013-CC-010649, on June 10, 2014, in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which COVINGTON COURT, MONTICELLO ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is DEBORAH C. QUARINO, et al. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 401 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of COVINGTON COURT MONTICELLO, A CONDOMINIUM, and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 4139, page 1060 through 1101, and the plat thereof as recorded Condominium Plat Book 17, pages 25 through 27, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat, as from time to time may be made, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
