NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-010585 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Homestar Mortgage Acceptance Corp., Asset-Backed Pass Through Certificates, Series 2004-1, Plaintiff and Joseph E. Mackey a/k/a Joseph Mackey a/k/a Joseph Edward Mackey are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, PROCEED SOUTH 89°44'59” EAST, 7.04 FEET TO A POINT OF CURVATURE OF A NON-TANGENT CURVE CONCAVE IN THE NORTHWEST; SAID CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 45 FEET, A DELTA OF 25°40'00” AN ARC OF 20.16 FEET AND A CHORD OF 19.99 FEET WITH A CHORD BEARING OF SOUTH 46°20'03” EAST, TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 83, THENCE SOUTH 15°18'30” EAST, ALONG THE WEST LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 83, 179.79 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°42'19” WEST, 69.79 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0°15'01” EAST, 186.89 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
