NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-003329 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Richard Thomas Letts and Carolyn Adrienne Letts are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK A, PINE BAY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN YEAR: 1981, MAKE: WOODSMAN, VIN#: 3313482260, MANUFACTURED HOME, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS. AS SUCH IT IS DEEMED TO BE A FIXTURE AND A PART OF THE REAL ESTATE.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
