NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-012285 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for The Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-4, Plaintiff and Timothy T. Garson a/k/a Timothy Garson and Rosemary G. Garson a/k/a Rosemary Garson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 12 AND THE WEST 45 FEET OF LOT 13, IN BLOCK B, OF CLEARDUN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, AT PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
