RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 28, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-010978-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and PEDRO ARANDA A/K/A PEDRO R. ARANDA A/K/A PEDRO R. ARRANDA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
THAT PART OF : LOT 2, BLOCK 2, OF SKYVIEW TERRACE IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, AS PER PLAT THEREIN RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 74 AND 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PART LYING WITHIN THE FOLLOWING METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH , RANGE 16 EAST, SAID CORNER BEING 1319.56 FEET EASTERLY OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 21, RUN THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 30 MINUTES 39 SECONDS EAST, 1520.35 FEET THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 36 MINUTES 51 SECONDS WEST 50.10 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTINUE THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 36 MINUTES 51 SECONDS WEST 4.50 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 1 DEGREE 24 MINUTES 21 SECONDS EAST 320.05 FEET THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 30 MINUTES 39 SECONDS WEST, 319.89 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS EXISTIONG RIGHT-OF WAYS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
