NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10016725CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and STEVEN D. NEWMAN; JUDY NEWMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN D. NEWMAN N/K/A PARLA NEWMAN; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; SUNTRUST BANK, N.A.; HIDDEN GROVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A MICHAEL NEWMAN, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 101, HIDDEN GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89 PAGE 37 TO 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
