RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed June 12, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-010214-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-FRE1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff, and MARK J. AMIS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 53, PASADENA ESTATES SECTION D, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
