NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-008058-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and JUDITH MEDBURY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A DAVID PETRUCELLI, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUDITH MEDBURY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of July, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 118, RIVIERA HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
