NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 13-9156-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein AARON JANKE, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST AARON JANKE, CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are defendants, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on August 12 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 12, less the North 5 feet thereof for road right of way, Ridgeway Subdivision No. 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page(s) 41, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Parcel ID#: 28-31-16-75024-000-0120
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
