NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2014 in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 25, 2014, the following described property:
THE NORTH 60 FEET OF LOT 9 LESS THE WESTERLY 21 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 98, REVISED MAP OF OLDSMAR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 6 AND 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
