Truong are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 35 FEET OF LOT 10 AND THE EAST 27 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK 11, NORTH EUCLID OASIS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
