NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-002052-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2003-B, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-B, Plaintiff and Dorothy Thomas Peak a/k/a Dorothy Peak and Rosco Thomas and Mary Thomas Wright a/k/a Mary Wright and Charles Thomas and Julia Thomas Reynolds a/k/a Julia Reynolds and Aline Thomas and Willie Joyce Thomas Harris a/k/a Willie Joyce Harris and Willie Louis Thomas a/k/a William Thomas and Lee James Thomas and Calvin Thomas and Bernard Thomas are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 7, HALL'S CENTRAL AVENUE SUBDIVISION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALSO KNOWN AS LOT 3, BLOCK 7, REPLAT OF BLOCKS 1-6-7 AND 12, HALL'S CENTRAL AVENUE SUBDIVISION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
