Said portion of Northwest 1/4 being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said section 29 and run S 89Ëš 48' 53'' E, 670.00 feet along the North line of said SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence S 00Ëš 58' 45'' E, 10.00 feet to a point on the southerly right-of-way of Wyatt Street, also being the Point of Beginning; thence along said southerly right-of-way, S 89Ëš 48' 53'' E, 210 feet; thence S 00Ëš 58' 45'' W, 218.82 feet; thence N 88Ëš 55' 33'' W, 209.98 feet; thence N 00Ëš 58' 45'' E, 215.56 feet to the Point of Beginning.
