YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 5005, Building 50, PHASE 9 OF LAKE FOREST, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 84, Page(s) 56 through 62, and being further described in that certain Declaration recorded in O.R. Book 6000, Page 1082 through 1163 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 690, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, response due by 7/21/2014, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER - PINELLAS, 14004 ROOSEVELT BOULEVARD, CLEARWATER, FL 33762
