NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-003996 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-9, Plaintiff and Christopher Dembowski and Jenny Dembowski, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 18, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 8, LARGO LAKE VILLAS UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
