NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated June 17, 2014, and entered in case No. 13-001816-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2013-3, is the Plaintiff and and THE ESTATE OF ALLYSON J. LUND A/K/A ALLYSON LUND, CLARITA A. LUND, JACQUELINE LUND, MARGARET LUND, RICHARD LUND A/K/A RICHIE LUND, UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF ALLYSON J. LUND A/K/A ALLYSON LUND, and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF ALLYSON J. LUND A/K/A ALLYSON LUND, are the Defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on AUGUST 1, 2014, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK “D,” OF MILES PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, AT PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 6325 35th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33710 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
