NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10007380CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVCING, LLC, Plaintiff, and, LEE, JUDY, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 14th day of July, 2014, the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF CHATHAM HOUSE UNIT #404, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 202, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3572, PAGE 485, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 21 THROUGH 22, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
