NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 19, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-010910-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and LOUIS GASBARRO, C/O KENNETH GASBARRO, BAY PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. , DEBORAH GASBARRO, SOS ROOFING, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of July, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 2-B, and an undivided 3.67% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of BAY PALMS CONDOMINIUM 1, as recorded in O.R. Book 3599, Page(s) 738 through 783, inclusive, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, Page(s) 52 through 54, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. N.B. BAY PALMS CONDOMINIUM 1 was created by the Grantor on land held under a lease having a term initially in excess of 98 years, pursuant to the Condominium Act of the State of Florida. Said lease is recorded in O.R. Book 3598 at Page(s) 867 through 904, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and is made a part of the Said Declaration of Condominium as though set out in its entirety therein.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
