NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-006811-CICI-08, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE WMALT 2006-AR8 TRUST, is Plaintiff and CECILY M. CRANSTON; TODD M. CRANSTON; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, THE LAKES OF PINE RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGE 51 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
