NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of January, 2009, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-012171-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 16th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 533, WATERFORD TRIALS PHASE 2, EAST VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE(S) 112 THROUGH 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
