NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment Of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
LOT 19, MONTECARLO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 124 AND 125 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash in an online auction in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on the 21 day of July, 2014 at 11:00a.m. (EST).
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
