NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-020211-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and SARAH W. JORDAN A/K/A SARAH W. ROBERTSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 252, Building 14A, HIDDEN CREEK, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3513, Pages 719-841 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida; and all amendments thereto; together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements.
