NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2014 entered in Case No. 2013-CA-007732-O (32), in the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee of the Lehman Brothers Small Balance Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, 2006-1, is the Plaintiff, and APFS & CPAS Inc., a Florida corporation; Luis G. Bello, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash except as set forth hereinafter, at 11:00 a.m. on July 22, 2014, via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Orange County website for on-line auctions, the following described property situated in Orange County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 33.29 FEET OF LOT 1 AND THE EAST 116.71 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK C, OVERSTREET CRATE COMPANY'S ADDITION TO WINTER GARDEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK F, PAGE(S) 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
