NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-006745-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Hicham Firkatoune; Unknown Spouse of Hicham Firkatoune; Southchase Parcel 5 Community Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2; All Other Unknown Parties Claiming Interest By, Through, Under, And Against A Named Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 9th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 80, SOUTHCHASE PHASE 1A PARCEL 5 PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 49 AND 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
