NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010CA023620O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE4 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL J SULLIVAN; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; LEANNE M SULLIVAN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of July, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 OF CHANTILLY SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37 AT PAGE 117 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
