NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure IN REM dated May 12, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 48-2012-CA-009235-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 14th day of July, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 127A2, OF THE TOWNES OF SOUTHGATE, (TOWNE 1) A CONDOMINIUM AND UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE LAND, COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE TOWNES OF SOUTHGATE (TOWNE 1), A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED UNDER THAT CERTAIN CLERKS NO. 2127442, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
