NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001705-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and JAMES H. JACK, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 106 feet of Lot 15, Block E, ALBERT LEE RIDGE THIRD ADDITION. according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book U, Page 142, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
