NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004069-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2, Plaintiff and CHARLES C. WILLIAMS; VALARIE L. WILLIAMS; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on this July 21st, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 33, Block 1, Pine Hills Estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book S, Page 88, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
