NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 30, 2014 and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-000584 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and ANGELA VENEZIA; FLORIDA ROCK INDUSTRIES, INC.; CAPITAL RELAY LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF ALTEC CAPITAL SERVICES, LLC.; RIVERCLUB OF PORT CHARLOTTE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ANTHONY DEFEO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A CARRIE VENEZIA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 29 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
