NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-001604 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Ghylaine Lescot, Katherine Bacha also known as Kathrine Bacha, Tenant # 1 also known as Juanraul Mora , Tenant # 2 also known as Ruben Mora, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 28 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, BLOCK 3, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 26A THROUGH 26C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
