NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2014 and entered in Case No. 14000305CA in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. was the Plaintiff and DUNIEL M. BUSTO, ET AL., the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 22 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 17, BLOCK 3116, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 50 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 64A THROUGH 64F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
