The Clerk shall sell the following property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on July 31, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
LOT 6, BLOCK 457, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 18, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGES 8A THROUGH 8E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
