NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 24, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-003016, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff, and JAMIE FRYE; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; AND ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
Barbara T. Scott, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 10th day of July, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 100, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 10, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 20A THROUGH 20N, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
