NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2014, in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will, on July 14, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Naples, Florida, the following described real property:
Tract 1, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 14, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 73, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
and
The North 245.00 feet of the West 380.00 feet of Parcel 1, less and excepting the West 25.00 feet thereof, ORANGETREE UNIT THREE, CITRUS GREENS SECTION, PHASE 1-A, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, 121, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of the property described in that certain Order of Taking recorded in Official Records Book 3111, Page 557, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS
MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
