NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2011-CA-003973 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 14 day of July, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF LOT 34 AND THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARTS OF LOT 35 AND 36, IN BLOCK 11, OF “FIRST ADDITION TO NAPLES TWIN LAKES”, AS RECORDED AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGES 52 AND 53.
PART OF LOT 35: BEGINNING AT THE NORTH WEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 35, SAID CORNER BEING THE COMMON REAR CORNER OF LOTS 35 AND 36; THENCE WITH THE WEST LINE OF LOT 35, SOUTH 75.00 FEET, THENCE WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 35 EAST, 75.00 FEET TO A POINT OF CURVATURE; THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT HAVING A RADIUS OF 25, AN ARC LENGTH OF 26.57 FEET AND A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 60054'12”; THENCE ON A NON RADIAL LINE TO CROSS AND INCLUDE A PART OF SAID LOT 35, NORTH 48000'50” WEST, 92.92 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 35; THENCE WITH A PART OF SAID NORTH LINE, WEST 27.78 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
PART OF LOT 36: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTH WEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 36; SAID CORNER BEING THE COMMON REAR CORNER OF LOTS 35 AND 36; THENCE WITH A PART OF THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 36, EAST 27.78 FEET; THENCE LEAVING THE OUTLINES OF LOT 36 TO CROSS AND INCLUDE SAME; NORTH 48000'50” FEET WEST, 37.37 FEET TO THE COMMON REAR CORNER OF LOTS 6, 7 AND 34; THENCE WITH A PART OF THE WEST LINE OF LOT 36, SOUTH 25.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
