notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated June 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-003183 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE LXS 2006-10N TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and Braulio Escobar, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Acting Solely As, Adiela Escobar, Falcon Ridge Neighborhood Association, Inc., the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the third floor, Lobby, of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on the 16 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 33, Falcon Ridge, According To The Plat Thereof, Recorded In Plat Book 24, Pages 58 And 59, Inclusive, Of The Public Records Of Collier County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
