NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 13, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 11-2010-CA-001524 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-PA3, is the Plaintiff and MARK STURDIVENT A/K/A MARK B. STURDIVENT; JULIE STURDIVENT A/K/A JULIE A. STURDIVENT; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; BANK OF NAPLES; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 14 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
