NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-003870 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 16 day of July, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 303, MANSION LA PALMA AT BAY COLONY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2212, PAGE 1641, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
