NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11 2012 CA 000164 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Residential Funding Company, LLC RFMSI 4000-UnsoldPool, is the Plaintiff and Linda Desimone Kuzioan, Robert A. Kuzioan, Juliana Village Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 101, BUILDING 33, JULIANA VILLAGE, 3A, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3167, PAGE 768, AND AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 3199, PAGE 1770, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
