NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 1301408CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A, is the Plaintiff and Mayra C. Hernandez, Carol A. Rice, GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, LLC, Household Finance Corporation, III, Joseph Rice, Rollie R. Rice, Susane Rice, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
