NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2012-CA-004048 of the 20th Judicial Circuit in Naples, Collier County, Florida, Dwight E. Brock, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, NAPLES, FL 34112 34112at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 16 day of July, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
condominium parcel j-102, glenmoor greens ii, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium thereof as recorded in official records book 2290, page 961, and subsequent amendments thereto, of the public records of collier county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
