NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16 day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 1001956CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing, LLCis the Plaintiff and GARY ELLIOTT A/K/A GARY W ELLIOTT; SANDRA ELLIOTT; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; HIDEAWAY BEACH ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 16 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 20, HIDEAWAY BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 80 THROUGH 85, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
